AZ Mixing Eductors

The AZ Mixing Eductor is a patented, inline powder induction system with no moving parts. Its non-circular nozzle generates twin opposing vortices that create the fluid stretching and folding needed for rapid hydration and dispersion, without mechanical shear. The result is a lump-free, fish-eye-free slurry, even with notoriously difficult ingredients like CMC, xanthan gum, carrageenan, and other hydrocolloids.

Bulk Bag Handling System

The Bulk Bag Handling System delivers fully dust-free powder induction with no product loss. When the bulk bag is lowered into the docking station, a hermetically sealed suction assembly draws the powder directly into the HydroDyne Jet Pump feed inlet, producing rapid mixing, hydration, and dispersion in a streamlined induction process. Compatible with both disposable and non-disposable bulk bags, and designed with a compact footprint to fit most plant layouts.

AZ Tank Eductors

The AZ Tank Eductor is an economical, energy-efficient liquid mixing system for tank agitation, multi-liquid blending, and solids suspension. Using the Bernoulli principle, a high-velocity jet from the nozzle draws surrounding fluid through induction ports. It circulates at four times the feed rate, generating large-scale turbulence throughout the vessel. No motor required. Applications include emulsion stabilization, chemical reaction acceleration, slurry mixing, and prevention of liquid stratification.

Built for operations handling hazardous or caustic powdered materials, the SAFECHEM Mixing Tank leads with safety: a hinged, closed hood and sight glass keep operators protected while a bag slitter opens bags cleanly without product loss. At its core is the Conical Induction Agitator, which operates on the Airfoil/Bernoulli Principle to rapidly dissolve caustic soda and dispense other powdered additives at lower horsepower than conventional mixers. AZ Inline Static Mixer

The AZ Inline Static Mixer is motionless mixing equipment that blends two or more liquid streams, emulsifies oils, or entrains gases inline. Its two-lobed AZ mixing element generates strong streamwise vortices as flow transitions from laminar to turbulent, with no tabs, baffles, or plates that could cause pressure drop or plugging. This inline mixing solution handles variable flow rates without compromising mixing effectiveness and requires no electrical connection.

Chaos Mixer

Engineered for oil-based, synthetic-based, and invert-emulsion drilling fluids, the Chaos Mixer uses opposing cavitation mixing nozzles to assure maximum electrical stability. As fluid passes through the converging nozzle and diverging diffuser, vapor bubbles form and implode, generating intense dynamic shear and fine particle dispersion. The outcome is a consistently emulsified drilling fluid with no barite settling.

Do CCC’s eductors and static mixers require electricity to operate?

No. The AZ Mixing Eductors, AZ Tank Eductors, and AZ Inline Static Mixer all operate on fluid pressure alone, using the Bernoulli and Venturi principles to generate mixing energy from the pump already in your system. There are no motors, seals, or bearings in these units. The Conical Mixer and SAFECHEM Mixing Tank use an air or electric motor to rotate the mixing element, but no-moving-parts designs are a defining feature of several of CCC’s products.

What is the difference between an eductor and a static mixer?

Both use no moving parts and rely on fluid dynamics rather than mechanical agitation, but they do different jobs. An eductor is a jet pump that uses a Venturi to draw a secondary fluid or powder into the primary flow stream through induction. A static mixer blends two or more streams that are already in the pipeline by converting flow into turbulent vortices. CCC’s AZ Mixing Eductors induct powders into a liquid stream; the AZ Inline Static Mixer handles liquid-to-liquid blending in continuous flow.
