Separation & Dewatering
Our VorSpin line handles the full range of solids separation equipment needs, from dewatering bulk slurries to separating oil, water, and solids in multiphase streams. The VorSpin hydrocyclones and MultiPhase Separator use centrifugal force driven by a positive displacement pump, with no moving parts in the separator itself. That means less maintenance, more consistent performance, and no mechanical failure points in the separation stage. Available in urethane or stainless steel, depending on your application.

Mixing & Blending
Our AZ line of industrial mixing systems takes a different approach to achieving uniform dispersion and hydration. Rather than relying on mechanical shear, the AZ Mixing Eductors use a patented non-circular nozzle (Patent No. 8,622,715) that generates twin opposing vortices. The interaction between them is what produces rapid hydration and prevents the lumps, fish-eyes, and microgels that plague conventional mixers. No moving parts, CIP-capable, stainless steel construction, and proven across a wide range of materials, including polymers, clays, starches, gums, hydrocolloids, and more.
