There are no moving parts, the rotational energy is supplied by a positive displacement pump to pressurize the fluid slurry entering the feed inlet to the Multi-Phase Separator. In operation, pump pressure is converted into rotational energy. The slurry enters the hydrocyclone as a volute shaped inlet that generates a strong vortex, swirling the heavier material to the wall of the hydrocyclone, while the radial velocity moves the lighter constituents to the center axis. The heavier fractions report out tengentially near the bottom section of the hydrocyclone. AZ Sludge Hog

The AZ Sludge Hog can be used for cleaning oil retention booms. Oil retention booms can be quickly washed, cleaned and vacuumed simultaneously. Oily sludge can be dislodged and drawn into a powerful suction without losing a drop to contaminate beach sand or enter back into the water. This can be accomplished with the "SLUDGE HOG." In a matter of seconds, a conventional pressure washer can be converted into a powerful vacuum.

The "SLUDGE HOG" is a novel jet pump that embodies a high pressure jet and a Venturi for displacing oily sludge and lifting the sludge through a powerful suction to be routed to a collection tank.

Rental starts upon arrival.
There is a 10 day minimum rental. All rental charges will be deducted from the sales price for any model.

Compatible Components Corporation was organized to introduce new technology for mixing solids with liquids and liquids with liquids to achieve complete dispersion and uniformity through the utilization of eductors and Jet pumps.

Our research, pilot studies, and field applications have shown significant improvements in eductor and Jet pump effectiveness and efficiency with a unique nozzle orifice and Venturi/diffuser design. These design modifications provide better product dissolution, hydration and dispersion for uniformity.
