Dust Free Mixing

Powder materials in bags are rolled across the table conveyor into the hopper.
The momentum and bag weight will tilt and pierce the bag as it comes in contact with the hopper Bag Slitter Nozzle.
The bag content is drawn out of the bag through slots at the base of the bag slitter by the slurry suction generated by the AZ Eductor.
As the bag is emptied, the bag will conform to the internal hopper shape, thereby preventing dust from escaping from the hopper.
